transformation.About the RoleYou will be responsible for building
out the SLED GTM team from the ground up to help WalkMe capitalize
on the enormous market opportunity in Public Sector.What You Will
Own
- SLED team revenue (ARR) performance
- Senior management reporting
- Hire, lead, and retain a sales team
- A strategy for growing SLED accounts
- GTM strategy for SLEDWhat You Need to Succeed
- 10+ years of tech sales experience as an individual
contributor, with at least 5 years of sales management
- Track record selling enterprise solutions to U.S. SLED
accounts
- Strong existing relationships in the territory
- Direct interaction with customers, partners, influencers and
WalkMe's leadership
- Experience with SLED contracting/procurement and selling
through VARs (i.e. Carahsoft, SHI, CDW, etc)
- Experience building demand in a new category of technologyWhat

more!Our job titles may span more than one career level. The
starting base pay for this role is between $150,000-185,000. The
actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training,
transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market
demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be
modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus,
benefits, and RSUs as part of our competitive total rewards
