We are dedicated to providing physical, spiritual, and emotional support to patients and their families. We offer comprehensive benefits, ongoing professional training, and excellent nurse-to-patient ratios. Overview: We are looking for an Executive Director - RN to lead our team in York PA. The ideal candidate must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with hospice or home health management experience and reside in the York PA area. Key Responsibilities:

Ensure quality care and services
Monitor compliance with regulations and standards
Manage human resources effectively
Oversee office operations
Prudently manage financial resources Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a minimum of Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Minimum one year of management/supervisory experience
- Current nursing license and CPR certification Rewritten for brevity and impact.
