    • A coffee lover! That includes drinking it, making it and talking about it.
    • Able to learn quickly, and are excited to learn more about coffee.
    • Able to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
    • Able to work as part of a team.
    • Able to build relationships and converse with all types of people.

      • 1 year+ experience in sales, preferably in coffee or cafes.
      • Bachelors degree, 4 years honorable discharge US Military, or 4 years management experience.Basic Qualifications
        • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
        • Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
        • Able to commute across the Mid Atlantic.
        • Train customers to uphold coffee standards.
        • Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication.The pay range for this role is:50,000 - 77,500 USD per year (Ivy City Roastery)
