A company is looking for a VP of Sales - Americas.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the
Americas region
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team
Build and nurture strong relationships with key prospects,
customers, and partners
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in sales, with a strong emphasis on SaaS
and AI technology
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience leading an Americas
Sales team
5+ years of experience in complex software and relationship-driven
sales
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales
targets
Exceptional leadership and people management skills
