TUSK Molding, Leola, PA, is a plastic rotational molding company
that manufactures and distributes swing set components and
playground equipment accessories. Founded in 2009, TUSK proudly
serves retail and wholesale customers nationwide. As part of the

for safe and enjoyable play. In addition to a full line of standard
products, TUSK offers custom roto-molding to bring one-of-a-kind

TUSK Molding is seeking a Chief Operating Officer / General Manager
to provide leadership, drive growth and profitability, and oversee
all aspects of day-to-day operations. The Chief Operating Officer /
General Manager will provide hands-on leadership to the team of
about 45 employees and will report to the CEO of the CAPS family of
companies. The ideal candidate will fully align with and strengthen
the TUSK culture, values, and guiding principles. The Chief
Operating Officer / General Manager will also be responsible for
ensuring optimal manufacturing processes and procedures which are
utilized to gain efficiencies while cultivating a culture of
continuous improvement. The ability to foster cohesive, productive
teams and develop people is essential to the role. In addition, the
Chief Operating Officer / General Manager will utilize data for
effective decision-making and demonstrate a successful track record
of sound financial management skills and business acumen. The
ability to influence change, drive sales, and ensure high quality
products is essential to the role.
Chief Operating Officer / General Manager position
qualifications:
-A minimum of 5 years of senior manufacturing leadership experience
is required. Rotational molding, general plastic molding, or
related industry experience is preferred
-Experience leading a business unit with full P&L
responsibility
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with
manufacturing software, strongly preferred
-Demonstrated continued learning, including industry
certifications/experience (LEAN, ISO, Six Sigma, etc.), desired;
Bachelor's degree, strongly preferred
-Demonstrated community involvement, a plus
