for a product manager who will help build the systems and processes
that allow us to order, deploy, and manage capacity at scale to
meet the needs of our rapidly increasing customer base.As a member
of a growing team of infrastructure product managers your
responsibilities include:
- Represent the customer, be it internal or external. Be the
champion and voice of customers.
- Develop the platform vision for your area.
- Evangelize the vision so that all stakeholders are
aligned.
- Make data-driven roadmap decisions.
- Measure success. Own the measures used to define success for
your product.
- Author use cases and prioritize requirements.
- Collaborate across teams.Examples of desirable skills,
knowledge and experienceThe ideal candidate is customer-focused,
data-driven, methodical, and thrives in a goal-oriented
environment.
- 8+ years of previous product management experience
- Domain expertise in infrastructure operations or
procurement.
- Distributed systems experience.
- Experience presenting new products and features to
customers.
- Strong customer and stakeholder empathy.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, organizational and
analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, drive consensus and deliver in a
matrixed organization.
- Experience working with large and complex data sets.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to all
audiences.Bonus Points
- BS/MS in a technology- or business-related field
- Hands-on experience with command-line tools.
- Scripting/programming experience.CompensationCompensation may
be adjusted depending on work location.
- For Colorado-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $170,000 -
$208,000
- For New York City, Washington, and California (excluding Bay
Area) based hires: Estimated annual salary of $192,000 -
$234,000.
- For Bay Area-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $202,000 -
$246,000.EquityThis role is eligible to participate in Cloudflare's
