Asset Manager
Quantico VA

MUST :
Experienced Asset Manager
Active DoD Secret clearance eligible for Top Secret
3+ years of experience of full life-cycle asset management for military client, specifically IT hardware and software
Experience tracking information in a WASP or ServiceNow system
Experience supporting Army Navy or Marines
Must be proficient with the Microsoft Suite of products Excel, Word, outlook
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills and able to work well with a wide level of constituents
High attention to detail and ability to manage large amount of inventory
HSD/GED or Higher level of Education

DUTIES :
Overseeing of IT asset lifecycle to include; acquisition, receiving, deployment, maintenance/operation, and disposition
Managing asset database to track hardware, software, maintenance schedules, etc
Performing inventory management/physical accountability checks on all assets
Conducing logistical support to include day-today inventory, shipping, receiving, and deployment
Assisting with procurement packages based on asset specifications to include cost information, licensing agreements, etc.
Providing asset information required for procurement packages, which includes specifications, cost information (based on specifications), and licensing agreements
Handle the Enterprise Licensing Agreements and asset management information for compliance and data calls for DoD clients
Capturing IT investment requirements and aligning those to the portfolio and budget
Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client
Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support
