A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Paid Social +
TV Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Lead global Paid Social and TV marketing initiatives, optimizing
investments toward performance goals
Drive comprehensive reporting and analysis to gauge channel
performance and deliver insights
Manage and mentor a team, ensuring high-quality output and
effective task prioritization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years in Digital Marketing, preferably
with Performance Marketing/DTC experience
4+ years of hands-on Paid Social experience with platforms like
Meta Ads Manager and TikTok for Business
Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar annual budgets
($10M+)
Analytical mindset with proficiency in analytics tools such as
Looker and Google Sheets/Excel
Strong understanding of marketing technology capabilities and
testing practices
