Full time On-site workingA Little Bit About the Role:As an Integrated Project Manager, you'll lead creative and production processes, driving projects from brief to delivery. Collaborating with dynamic teams across the organization, you'll ensure successful project outcomes following the client's methodologies. We seek a passionate individual with extensive experience managing mid to high-complexity projects, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and profitability awareness.What You'll be Doing:General Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Manage projects across various disciplines from initial brief to final delivery.
• Lead your team to deliver a wide range of deliverables, ensuring adherence to project management processes.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Embody company values and drive continuous improvement.
• Close projects to set standards and requirements.Initiate & Plan the Project:
  • Receive and transform briefs, and manage scoping, costing, and planning.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure access to the right level of information.
  • Set realistic deadlines and identify key milestones.
  • Identify risks and create risk registers.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to define project scope, cost, and time plan.
  • Prepare and run effective client and team kick-off meetings.
  • Create and manage project documentation.Manage Project Execution, Monitoring, and Control:
    • Coordinate development and delivery among project participants and stakeholders.
    • Prioritize and manage the workload of the project team.
    • Liaise with partners, and present project scopes, cost estimates, and timing plans.
    • Monitor project progress within scope and budget.
    • Prepare status reports and manage project progress.
    • Manage project documentation and ensure compliance.
    • Proactively problem-solve, mitigate risks, and ensure project profitability.
    • Ensure final deliverables meet quality standards.What You'll Need:
      • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
      • Impeccable problem-solving skills and client satisfaction focus.
      • 5+ years of project management experience.
      • Software proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and internal systems.
      • Familiarity with document-sharing platforms.
      • Experience in global FMCG brands and multi-market exposure (advantageous).
      • Curiosity and creativity.Good to Have:
        • Agency/communication/production industry experience.
        • Basic understanding and genuine interest in artificial intelligence (AI) technologies.
