Key Responsibilities

Manage goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues while tracking KPIs
Conduct audits of location processes and recommend improvements


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or related field
Five or more years of relevant experience in supply chain or logistics
Five or more years managing large multi-level teams
Three or more years of experience in developing logistics solutions
One or more years of customer interaction and managing customer KPIs
