Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, HR Programs to lead and
enhance key people programs aligned with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and improvement of the company-wide new employee
onboarding program
Develop training curriculums and drive leadership development
initiatives across the organization
Create measurement tools to assess program effectiveness and
implement continuous improvements
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in HR program management or leadership
development
A curious and collaborative mindset with a proactive approach
A data-driven approach to decision-making and prioritization
Ability to manage ambiguity and maintain productivity in uncertain
situations

from experiences
