down.How you will achieve success:
- Collaborates with logistics-focused software partners, users,
and stakeholders to write and produce stories for Engineering teams
and brainstorm with internal and external partners on potential
solution paths.
- Examines data on key input and output metrics, customer
feedback, and product usage information to create insights that
drive product decisions.
- Builds and owns a backlog tied to a specific feature set or
area of a product and owns and drives discovery on stories for one
to two squads of engineers.
- Relentlessly pursues new learning opportunities from shadowing
users to work-flow deep dives. Builds, refines, and manages the
long-term vision for a Product Identity or large set of tools
(1-3-5 year plans).
- Ability to drive discovery sessions with little oversight and
elicit detailed discussions on named features with both a short and
long-term time horizon.What experience will help you in this role:
- 5+ years of experience working in product management.
- Experience working with Agile development practices.
- Domain Expertise - proven success building and growing supply
chain technologies that optimize inventory, warehouses, fulfillment
operations, or delivery transportation.
- Advanced understanding of the financial aspects of the
business, including the input and output metrics.
- Able to execute accurately and can lead numerous projects
across teams and functions.$126,000 - $170,000 a yearOur
compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US
geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from
$126,000/year to $170,000 + bonus. Pay is based on a number of
factors including geographic market location and may vary depending
on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Spreetail is a
total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered,
equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be
provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a
full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. For more
