We are seeking candidates with 5+ years of facilities management experience. This Director 2 - Facilities Operations will have:

• a proven track record of successful Facilities Management leadership experience as demonstrated by articulated results and accomplishments;
• strong technical knowledge of the following: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, safety systems, architectural, landscape, grounds, custodial, and energy management;
• demonstrated business and financial acumen with a strong P&L understanding;
• exceptional customer service, client relationship building, and communication skills;

Upon completion of nine (9) months in your role, you will be allowed to post for other internal opportunities.
