Job Description:

ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented SharePoint Engineer in Springfield, VA.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: -

• The responsibilities will include designing, developing, and deploying solutions to improve organizational knowledge sharing and awareness. Work with a small team committed to supporting our DoD customer. Responsible for engineering new and maintaining current IT tool-sets relevant to the environment. -
• Support content design of Microsoft SharePoint 2016/2019 collaboration environments
• Engage and communicate with stakeholders across both business and technology functions
• Plan, create, configure, customize, check, and remedy issues related to SharePoint Sites and user requirements from tickets submitted to Help Desk
• Create and/or implement graphical design for customer SharePoint site branding
• Conduct and participate in regularly scheduled and ad hoc SharePoint testingMinimum Qualifications:
  • Must have 5+ years' experience with SharePoint Engineering or Development
  • Experience with software architecture, software development fundamentals, object-oriented design, and Web user interface design
  • Experience with SharePoint 2016 Administration (Setup, troubleshoot, farm admin)
  • Experience with Visual Studio, ASP.NET, and C#
  • Working Knowledge with Team Foundation Server
  • Security+ certification or other IAT Level II certificationPreferred Qualifications:
    • Knowledge of HTML, XML, Java Script, CSS, and transact-SQL
    • Experience using DevExpress controls
    • Exposure to ESRI products (Portal, Desktop PRO, Server)
    • Understand setup of and troubleshooting Windows IIS
    • Familiarity with DISA STIGsClearance Requirements: -
      • Must have a current/active Top Secret clearance with SCI EligibilityPhysical Requirements: -
        • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
        • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
