complex application testing methodologies, perform application
automation testing, prepare reports, and document testing

Engineer (Flexible Hybrid) role will offer you the flexibility to

that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Develop quality test automation solutions for performance
testing.
- Coordinate engineering and product teams to design moderately
complex, automated test methodologies.
- Perform end-to-end automation testing.
- Review product scalability, reliability, consistency, and
performance.QualificationsTHE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE
TEAMMinimum Required Experiences

- Bachelor degree or equivalentSkills
- Testing and evaluating software, usability testing, UAT, and
using relevant product testing technology.
- Expertise in developing websites for hosting via intranet or
Internet, which may also include web design, web content
development, scripting, and/or network security configuration.
- Negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and
resolving conflict.
- Documentation and database reporting for analysis, data
discovery, and decision-making using software like Crystal Reports,
Excel, or SSRS.
- Gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer
critical questions.
- Framing ideas as systems and analyzing inputs, outputs, and
processes.
- Identifying measures or indicators of system performance and
actions needed to improve or correct performance.
- Coding, debugging, and using relevant programming
languages.
- Presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in an
engaging and easy-to-understand way.
- Defining and managing changes to documents, code, computer
programs, websites, and other files for collaboration.
- Analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform
conclusions.
- Managing project plans, resources, and people for successful
project completion.
- Communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, and planning
communication.
- Helping an organization plan and manage change to meet
strategic objectives.
- Using architectural principles to integrate enterprise computer
applications such as xMatters, AWS Application Integration, or
WebSphere.
- Advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and
market insights, forecasting, and benchmarking.
- Managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors,
building relationship networks.

- Using statistical methods, including developing and testing
hypotheses, experimental design, and running regressions.
