senior level expert that supports large engagements and knowledge
transfer at the Area or Operation level. Role is distinguished from
other technical sales roles by combining in-depth technical
expertise with consultative, industry and/or commercial/financial
selling skills and experience across a broad geography. Highly
credible, articulate and adept at demonstrating how Mitel's
partners, products and professional services will solve customer's
unique business needs.This is a remote position and you must be
located in the Pacific Northwest region of the United
States.Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise, leadership, opportunity
development and business level consultation throughout the sales
process for assigned opportunities.
- Assist and/or lead with identification and documentation of
customer business needs and proposing company products and services
to meet those needs and desired customer business outcomes.
- Identifies, assesses, and technically leads opportunities in
medium-to-large enterprises in assigned geographies or industry
sectors.
- Provide technical designs, including analysis and configuration
that meet complex business partner and customer requirements.
- Provide in person and web-based demonstrations for prospective
customers and region partners.
- Answer product feature, licensing and functionality
questions.
- Develop and maintain Subject Matter Expert level of knowledge
in 1 - 2 solutions focus area.
- Provide direct support for Named Account Managers within the
Region.
- Provide support for RFP responses.
- Maintain current knowledge on primary competitive solutions,
products and services.
- Ability to rent automobiles. Overnight travel including flights
required.Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; or high school diploma + relevant
experience.
- Experience in Pre-Sales Engineering or Solutions
Architecture.
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Experience with Mitel Solutions preferred, other Cloud and UC
solutions and technologies a plus.
- Strong knowledge of VoIP solutions, standards and protocols
required.
- Strong knowledge of contact centers, CCaaS solutions.
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies (e.g. NLP, Generative AI,
chatbots) and solutions (e.g. Talkative).
- Background with Virtualization Technologies and Data Center
Architectures, AWS and Azure a plus.
- Familiarity with Mobility and Video applications (Android,
Apple, Polycom, Cisco, Microsoft) a plus.
- Networking skills including protocol and compliance knowledge
required.
- Certifications (AWS, CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, CCIE) a plus.
- Network Security knowledge a plus (CCSP, CISSP).
- Customer service oriented, with a positive attitude, attention
to details and sense of urgency in all work efforts.
- Exceptional team-related skills.
- Primary region will be Pacific Northwest market. Candidate must
also be willing to travel in the whole region. Upwards of 50%+
travel time may be required to support the business needs.Exact
compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, market
data, and existing team equity. Base Pay range in United States
$95,000 - $110,250 + commissions.Mitel offers a comprehensive
