Job Description:
A company is looking for an AVP Engineering - AI.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage cross-functional technology delivery teams to meet
business and project objectives
Establish metrics and processes for engineering and operational
excellence while influencing change for improved efficiencies
Oversee budgets, timelines, and performance measures, ensuring
project deliverables are achieved on time and within budget
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a
related field; Master's degree preferred
10+ years of hands-on experience in software development with at
least 4+ years in management roles
Experience leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide
programs in complex environments
Familiarity with agile methodologies and enterprise-scale
development lifecycle processes
Experience managing offshore development teams is preferred
