Position: Service Desk Engineer
Reports To: Senior Manager, Service Desk
Location: Washington, DC/Hybrid
Are you an independent and self-motivated help desk support
professional with virtual server experience?
The American Bankers Association (ABA), the organization
representing banking institutions of all asset sizes and charter
types, is seeking a Service Desk Engineer to support the Service
Desk and ensure proper computer and accessory operation, enabling
end users to accomplish business tasks effectively and
efficiently.

team and provide assistance beyond ticket management for a
mission-driven organization!
ABA offers:
As the Service Desk Engineer, you will be responsible for
implementing projects and tasks necessary to support current or
proposed ABA corporate end-user computing platforms. You will
research, design, implement, and maintain the desktop workstations,
mobile devices, and server-based applications at ABA, including
receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving
end-user help requests and escalating incidents when appropriate
and necessary to maintain SLA expectations. You will engage in
problem resolution involving the use of diagnostic and help request
tracking tools, as well as provide in-person, hands-on help at the
desktop/laptop/accessory level. You will also support backend
systems in support of the Service Desk and end users. This position
reports to the Senior Manager, Service Desk.

Salary range: $95,000 - $100,000
