Job Description:
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma, Bachelor?s degree or equivalent combination of
education and experience required.
Experience Requirements:
? Minimum of Three years computer experience required in
o Windows 7
o Microsoft Office 2010 or newer
o Active Directory Maintenance and Exchange 2010/2013
o PC Hardware ? printers, scanners, computer peripherals, mobile
devices (iOS)
o Client connectivity through Ethernet, VPN, Wifi
? Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
? Understanding of general regulatory compliance such as GLBA,
SOX
? Financial services experience preferred, but not required.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
? Ability to perform in a fast paced, multi task environment.
? Ability to prioritize technical problems and projects.
? Clear and effective communication skills.
? Must be able to operate in a team environment.
