The Role in Brief:
Senior Consultant and Principal, Armed Forces Recruitment
The Senior Consultant and Principal, Armed Forces Recruitment
collaborates with our internal teams to ensure partner (i.e.,
client) growth, success, and renewals. This position is an
opportunity for candidates to demonstrate their commitment to
military partners by providing strategic and tactical consulting
advice and bring expertise to diagnose opportunities and recommend
EAB's proven, customized, data-driven enrollment solutions to
prospective partners. Performance metrics for the role include
retaining and growing overall revenue and profitability in armed
forces recruitment and uniformed personnel enrollment
solutions.
This position is also posted at the Consultant and Principal level;
candidates are being considered at both levels for the current
opening.
This role reports to the Senior Vice President; the successful
candidate may work in Richmond, VA; Washington, D.C.; or remotely
within the continental United States.

Compensation:
The anticipated starting salary range for this role is $150,000 -
$190,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may
include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and
location. At EAB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired
at or near the top of the starting salary range for their role.
This hire will additionally be eligible for discretionary bonus or
incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various
factors, including, without limitation, individual and
organizational performance.
