    • Organize and implement processes for maintaining information about technical products, policies, or other elements.
    • Lead the team in developing, and conduct reviews of, documents that translate technical information into non-technical terminology.
    • Organize and create documentation for maintaining information about Data Science Models (traditional and AIML).
    • Collaborate with model stakeholders (users, owners, developers) to ensure documentation meets their needs.
    • Revise existing documentation as needed to ensure it meets Fannie Mae standards.THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAMMinimum Required Experiences
      • 4 years of relevant experienceSkills
        • Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
        • Communication, particularly in writing
        • Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questionsDesired Experiences
          • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
          • Experience with Data Science or modeling of any kind
          • Ability to frame ideas as systems and analyze inputs, outputs, and processes
          • Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
          • Programming skills including coding, debugging, and using relevant programming languages
          • Experience with how applications are implemented, tested, and maintained
          • Skilled in graphical representation of information in the form of charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
          • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understandThe future is what you make it to be.
