• Category Leadership: Help define and execute strategies to establish and grow awareness of the Spatial AI category through AR/PR and outbound marketing efforts.
• Lead Generation Strategies: Develop innovative lead generation initiatives to attract, engage, and nurture prospective customers across multiple channels.
• Content Creation: Create original, engaging, and high-quality content, including blog posts, website copy, case studies, newsletters, and social media updates.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Market Analysis: Conduct hands-on analysis of market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities.Requirements
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree and street smarts.
• Experience: 5-7 years of marketing experience with a proven track record of leading initiatives and driving business growth, particularly in startups and fast-paced environments.
• Location: Must be able to work on-site at our office in Redmond, WA. We believe creative work and great ideas come from face-to-face interactions. Business travel requirements are anticipated to be no more than 20-25% per month.Skills
• Creativity, strategic thinking, and a hustle mindset.
• A sense of humor and a passion for storytelling.
• Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Industry knowledge in AI, food service, or technology startups is a plus.Salary Range and Benefits
• $140,000 - $180,000 depending on experience. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
