Job Summary: The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team in various tasks, including conducting market research, coordinating marketing campaigns, and managing social media accounts. This role requires a creative thinker with strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify trends and insights to inform marketing efforts.
  
• Create and schedule content for social media platforms.
  
• Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance using analytics tools.
  
• Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  
• Manage the marketing database and assist in maintaining customer relationships.
  
• Perform administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling meetings and maintaining files.
  
  Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
    
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
