Receptionist - Now Hiring! At GardaWorld, we know your compensation

every market we're in. We're growing our team here in Reston, VA.
Compensation: $25.00 / HourShifts: Monday through Friday 8am to
5pm*Must have 3 years of security experience and an active DCJS!*
Receptionist:Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist employees, visitors, and guests with
exceptional customer service.
- Efficiently coordinate and ensure a seamless customer
experience during concurrent meetings and events
- Various business administration duties including badge
processing for personnel, processing i-9's etc.
- Manage visitors, events, and employees requests by anticipating
needs and prioritizing effectively.
- Collaborate closely with receptionists, Global Places and
Security team members, and department executive assistants to
provide outstanding support
- Handle various incoming communications through in person
interactions, phone, email, and slack messages
- Assist in assigned projects from supervisor and account
manager
- Enforce access policies and procedures in a friendly
manner
- Maintain confidentiality and represent the Global Places &
Security organization professionallyRequirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with people from
diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to present a professional image and effectively
represent the organization
- 2 years of administrative or customer service experience
- Strong networking skills and willingness to collaborate across
different teams and projects
- Familiarity with corporate, professional environments
- Understand and meet the expectations of receptionists.
- Highly collaborative, taking ownership and building trust with
stakeholders
- Keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions, train others, and think
creatively to solve problem
- Desire for growth within the team and organization
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possess First Aid/CPR/ERT training for emergencies.Skills
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Quick learner with a growth mindset
- Proficient in various programs, databases, sheets, and
operating systems
- Customer focused mindset
- Efficiently manage multiple events and projects
simultaneously
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalentAbout the job:

regulations and standards.Your background:
- You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
- You're able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening
process
- You have Security, Military, and/or Law Enforcement experience
of at least 2 years or more
- You have an active DCJS
- You are at least 21 years of age or older as required by
applicable law or contractual requirements
- Must have experience utilizing Microsoft applications, Google
applications, and Security SystemsVirginia Licensure 11-6404
