Please note: Wage (P-14) employees are limited to working a maximum
of 1500 hours in a 365-day period. This position averages no more
than 29 hours a week. Wage positions do not include the state
benefits package.
About The Position:
The Administrative Assistant Senior with the Division of Local
Training & Development provides administrative support through the
processing of invoices, completing purchase orders, processing
travel reimbursement vouchers, preparing reports and spreadsheets,
reconciling fiscal statements, using procurement and financial
systems, preparing correspondence and will provide direct support
to the Budget & Operations Manager and the Division of Local
Training & Development.
Minimum Qualifications
Demonstrated:
---Experience with data entry, finance systems processing, analysis
of data, creating spreadsheets, and documenting work tasks.
---Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products including Excel, Word,
PowerPoint.
---Experience procuring goods and services in compliance with
policies and regulations.
---Extensive work experience, education and/or training that
demonstrates the ability to successfully perform duties of the
position.
---Experience managing multiple projects with shifting
priorities.
Additional Considerations
--- Experience using the state procurement and accounting
platforms.
