Financial Analyst, SeniorThe Opportunity:The right mixture of

can navigate the requirements, policies, and regulations that
govern funding to make sure client's resources can make the most
impact.As a Financial Analyst on our team, youll oversee the
creation of a financial management strategy to help the enterprise
succeed. Youll work to develop an actionable plan for your client
to secure the funding needed to achieve their goals.As a financial
analysis expert, youll leverage your expertise in laws,
regulations, and policies to help your client develop well-formed
requirements. Once the funding is in place, youll make sure the
funding is used efficiently through consistent tracking and
communication with project management, task leads, and the client.
You will compile narrative and statistical material and prepare
exhibits and related background information for program briefings.
You'll monitor the execution of the approved operating budget to
assure funds are properly allocated and are being obligated and
spent in a timely and effective matter. This is your chance to use
your skills while furthering your financial analysis experience.
You will provide program management and acquisition support.
Finally, you'll prepare documents needed to process budget
estimates, requests for supplemental appropriations, and requests
for reprogramming apportionments.This is your chance to lead budget

experience with program management or financial analysis for DoD or
federal government programsExperience with the Program Budget
Information System (PBIS)Experience with Planning, Programming,
Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE)Experience using Microsoft Office
tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to prioritize
workload and manage delivery effectivelyAbility to perform POM
briefings for government leadershipSecret clearanceBachelors
degreeNice If You Have:8+ years of experience leading, planning,
analyzing, and implementing IT programsExperience with OPNAV as
military, civilian, or contractor staffExperience with the PBIS-IT
systemsExperience with DoD program acquisitionAbility to work both
independently and as part of a teamPossession of excellent
organizational skillsPossession of excellent verbal and written
communication skillsMaster's degreePMP

is determined by various factors, including but not limited to
location, the individuals particular combination of education,
knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as
contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to
$158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the
typical salary range for this position and is just one component of
Booz Allens total compensation package for employees. This posting
