BA with finance domain experience is mandatory with 7+ years of experienceJD:Client Expectation:

• Business Analysis, Requirements Elicitation & Analysis
• Business Requirements & Functional Requirement Documentation with Use Cases
• Lending loans (Related to IFC not on retail Loans)Responsibilities:
• Writing user stories, functional specifications, and use cases
• Review Business Requirement document based on user request
• Prepare technical documentation and perform an impact analysis of the systems
• Analyze customers' IT needs and provide guidance for improvement
• Create training materials for client users and other consultants
• Reporting the progress of the project on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Meeting with clients to determine project requirements
• Extend the usage of the tools to other applications
• Developing innovative solutions and preparing prototypes for meetingsQualifications:
• Experience in defining and implementing technology solutions for a major financial institution
• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst for a large financial institution
• Extensive experience in gathering business requirements and developing functional specifications with special emphasis on use cases, defining test cases, and providing user training and support
• Extensive experience with various system development lifecycle methodologies and tailoring the artifacts to those methodologies
• Solution-oriented, detail-focused, showing strong analytical and organizational skills
