Senior AccountantOur Portland-local client seeks an experienced Senior Accountant who's ready to play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of their organization's accounting processes. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the future success of a dynamic, evolving organization, and would be an excellent fit for someone who has strong technical skills and a proactive mindset for driving system improvements and ensuring that accounting operations scale effectively.

• Oversee monthly financial close, providing analysis and reporting to leadership.
• Conduct balance sheet and bank reconciliations for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy of cost allocations.
• Manage payroll, tax schedules, and ensure accurate financial data submission and processing.
• Investigate and implement process improvements in accounting systems.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for the company's financial growth.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 5 years of multi-entity accounting experience in manufacturing, construction, or related field.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and consolidated statement processes.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar) and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Deadline-driven with the ability to maintain attention to detail and accuracy.
• Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Compensation: $70k-$95k (DOE)
