Description: The Affordable Housing Compliance Manager is
responsible for managing compliance across SOME's housing
portfolio, including Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC)
properties, Fair Housing regulations, Section 8, and Project-Based
programs. This role ensures adherence to all regulatory
requirements while overseeing financial reporting to investors and
relevant regulatory entities.Qualifications:Required: Associate's
Degree; 3-5 yrs. experience with Housing Tax Credits and 1-2 years
of supervisory experience.Preferred: Bachelor's Degree; 3-5 yrs.
experience with Housing Tax Credits; 3-5 years of supervisory
experience.Required License/Certification: Low-Income Housing Tax
Credit Provider (LIHTC).Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:30
