investments. You'll collaborate with key clients to review budgets,
spend plans, and financial reports using tools like Microsoft Excel
and through regular interactions with financial analysts. The real

- 3+ years of experience with the Planning, Programming,
Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process or accounting
- Experience with business and financial analysis, including
developing spend plans and tracking budget execution against
defined obligation and expenditure benchmarks
- Experience developing metrics, reports, documents, and
executive level briefings in support of senior leadership
- Knowledge of DoD Financial Management principles and
translating strategic guidance into resource allocation
decisions
- Ability to analyze complex data in support of business, budget,
and financial data calls
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degreeNice If You Have:
- Experience with financial management in a DoD Program
Management Office
- Experience with the acquisition life cycle for information
technology systems, including aligning business decisions to
strategic and operational priorities
- Knowledge of the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
system
- Ability to build trust and value-based relationships with
stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- TS/SCI clearance
- DoD Financial Management CertificationClearance:Applicants
selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need
to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified

$51,600.00 to $106,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed
represents the typical salary range for this position and is just
one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for
