You'll collaborate with key clients to review budgets, spend plans, and financial reports using tools like Microsoft Excel and through regular interactions with financial analysts.   • 3+ years of experience with the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process or accounting
  • Experience with business and financial analysis, including developing spend plans and tracking budget execution against defined obligation and expenditure benchmarks
  • Experience developing metrics, reports, documents, and executive level briefings in support of senior leadership
  • Knowledge of DoD Financial Management principles and translating strategic guidance into resource allocation decisions
  • Ability to analyze complex data in support of business, budget, and financial data calls
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degreeNice If You Have:
  • Experience with financial management in a DoD Program Management Office
  • Experience with the acquisition life cycle for information technology systems, including aligning business decisions to strategic and operational priorities
  • Knowledge of the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
  • Ability to build trust and value-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • TS/SCI clearance
