• Operations: Work closely with the executive team. Oversee accounting, investor relations, legal matters, transaction processing, employee benefits, and partnership negotiations.
• Risk Management: Establish internal controls, ensure compliance, and manage relationships with auditors, banks, and external partners.Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of senior financial leadership, ideally within a mission-driven organization.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with executive leadership.
