analytics, and advancement.The Role in Brief:Coordinator, Audits &
DiagnosticsEAB is the leading global provider of research and
advice to higher education and K-12 institutions. We are seeking a
highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join the EAB
Research team. This role is responsible for the execution of
time-sensitive client service requests, including running automated
reports, completing templatized audits and diagnostic reports, as
well as administering surveys and emails.This role is based in
Washington, D.C.; we have embraced a hybrid work model wherein, at
this time, the Coordinator will be expected to come into the office
at least once per week.Primary Responsibilities:
- Execute quick turnaround client service requests with precision
and efficiency
- Manage multiple processes and projects simultaneously, adhering
to internal and external deadlines
- Produce a high volume of high-quality deliverables that are
error-free and consistent with EAB's style and point of viewBasic
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 3 months of work or internship experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
tasks and manage time efficiently
- Experience managing time and meeting deadlines across multiple
priorities
- Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication
- Keen eye for detail to ensure the quality and completeness of
deliverablesIdeal Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
- Demonstrated ability to accomplish tasks and activities
efficiently and according to importance
- Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role
is desirable but not mandatory
- Strong proofreading skills to review deliverables for
errors

learning environmentCompensation:The anticipated starting salary
for this role is $40,000 per year.Consistent with our belief that
